Dalton Biotecnologie is pleased to announce its presence as official sponsor of the MICROBIOss event (Microbial Biodiversity Scientific School), which will be held in Alghero in Sardinia from 8 to 11 May 2019.

In recent decades, the study of microbial biodiversity has become one of the key themes of scientific research, so much so that conservation and recourse to microbial biodiversity has become an action of fundamental importance to support, promote and implement sustainable development in agriculture and for a conscious management of natural ecosystems; in this context, MICROBIOss represents an opportunity to study the concept of “microbial biodiversity” in relation to the multiple functions it performs in the agro-ecosystem and, more generally, in the agri-food and environmental sectors.

In the issue of July of IDM International Dairy Magazine Dalton presents its new “Made to Measure” advertising campaign on the YO, POB and NOB starter cultures for yoghurt and fermented milk. Together with the advertising page, an editorial article was published, which illustrates the biological procedures studied “ad hoc” for each client and the benefits deriving from the use of customized Dalton formulations.

In the February issue of International Dairy Magazine a new editorial prepared by our technologists has been published; the article deals with the advantages that derive from a correct management of biological processes for the dairy sector. In this issue you will also find a new release of our advertising campaign for mozzarella and pasta filata

We are pleased to announce that on the cover of No. 5 of European Dairy Magazine and in the December issue of International Dairy Magazine, two of the major magazines of the dairy sector, our advertising campaign about starter cultures for pasta filata and mozzarella for the year 2017 / 2018 has been published. Inside International Dairy Magazine there is also an interesting editorial article on the characteristics and advantages of using the Starter SP cultures.

Le previsioni sulla vendemmia 2017 sembrano essere molto discordanti, soprattutto in termini di quantità. A livello qualitativo, però, gli esperti preannunciano un’annata memorabile soprattutto per la scarsità di piogge dello scorso inverno, che se da un lato ha anticipato di molto il momento della raccolta, dall’altro è sinonimo di un prodotto di qualità.

Anche quest’anno DALTON rinnova il proprio impegno al fianco delle aziende del settore vitivinicolo italiano promuovendo la SELEZIONE IN VIGNA DEI LIEVITI INDIGENI. I nostri programmi di selezione valorizzano la biodiversità microbiologica nella pratica enologica, consentendo produzioni “su misura” per le quali sono disponibili anche certificazioni biologiche.
