Meeting “FERMENTATION COMPARING” c/o Marchesi De’ Cordano
The winery Marchesi De ‘Cordano in cooperation with DALTON BIOTECNOLOGIE, has embarked on a research project on indigenous yeasts. The goal is to to identify a company strain with unique characteristics and representative of the Terroir of belonging. The meeting is an opportunity to introduce the project and to share the first results. And most importantly, want to be an informal opportunity for discussion and debate.
